These Terms of Use apply to all apps published by Holographic Labs, including CardQuest TCG and any future apps we release. By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using any Holographic Labs app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use our apps. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Holographic Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your account information up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion permanently removes your collection data, pack history, and account credentials from our systems within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
CardQuest TCG offers an optional premium subscription (CardQuest TCG Plus) and consumable in-app purchases (Bolts). All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of a subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
CardQuest TCG includes virtual in-app items such as packs, Bolts, and collection cards. These are digital goods with no real-world monetary value.
Card prices displayed in the app are sourced from third-party market data and are for informational purposes only. They are not financial advice and do not guarantee any real-world transaction value.
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All original content in our apps — including the app design, code, graphics, UI elements, and Holographic Labs branding — is owned by or licensed to Holographic Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our apps reference third-party trading card data and imagery. All third-party trademarks, card names, and character names are the property of their respective owners. Holographic Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company International, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., or any sports league or card manufacturer.
Card data, images, and pricing information are sourced from community APIs and public market data providers under their respective terms of service.
Our apps integrate third-party services including Supabase, RevenueCat, Anthropic, and card data APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Links or references to third-party websites do not constitute an endorsement by Holographic Labs.
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Card pricing data is provided for informational purposes only and is not guaranteed to be accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Holographic Labs and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination include violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the app. Upon termination, your license to use the app ends and your account data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app notice.
Your continued use of our apps after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
